I love the feeling I get when I am creating art. The ART is really what it's all about. The freedom of making it, expressing it and sharing it, is beyond words. I have always had a passion for photography. Being a native-born New Englander I can tell you that I have a lot of subjects to shoot.

The seasons are wonderful here. From the cold, stark winters when the snow has covered the land to the warm springs when everything is in bloom, fresh and new, and the vibrant colors of mother earth are everywhere. Lately, I have been concentrating on still life and portrait photography. Although I have a lot of experience in shooting film photography, I find myself shooting mostly digital now. I have been a long time Nikon user but I recently switched to Fujifilm.

I enjoy shooting black and white, but I mostly do a combination of both black and white and color. My concepts bridge both the classic, traditional approach, and a more contemporary and experimental style. I really like experimenting with the camera and discovering all that it has to offer. I find this challenging and rewarding.

I like to get up close and personal with the subject I am photographing, I want to show the depth and detail of an object. My objective is to make the viewer have to think a little about what they are seeing, and once they figure it out, they hopefully appreciate the artistic value that it has to offer. I enjoy travel; no matter where I am I always have a camera with me.

I love the art of photography and sharing my work. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it. I have traveled to Paris, London, Costa Rica, Canada, NewYork City, Miami, and one of my favorite places to visit is New Orleans. I got an opportunity to create some amazing art in my travels. I hope to do another European trip someday to explore the beautiful sites and enjoy the hospitality of the European culture again. I am excited about being able to share my work with you.
